Mr & Mrs Lion’s big day, The Elvetham

So Saturday was always going to be a great day! We had the pleasure of photographing Lindi & Phil’s big day at St Peter’s Church, Frimley and then at the absolutely stunning Elvetham. However there was a twist….. Lindi and Phil are friends of mine so after all the hard work was over I got to party too 😉

I started the day with the girls as they got ready at the hotel whilst James headed off to meet Phil and the boys at the church for a few shots before the ceremony.

Following their lovely ceremony at St Peter’s and after a few shots at the church, we all headed off to the Elvetham for more photos, and of course the celebrations began.

It was an amazing day, the band Indie Killers got everyone up dancing and the night was topped off with an awesome fireworks display, which James very kindly stayed to shoot for me!

Huge congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Lion, here’s a few (well rather a lot) of my favourite shots of your big day….

Aubrie-Rose at 3months

This afternoon I got to work with the gorgeous Aubrie-Rose for the second time, let’s hope she doesn’t get bored of me as her parents have booked her a “watch me grow” package which covers her whole first year ending in a cake smash!

I first met Aubrie-Rose when she was days old for her new born shoot, she was fab then and she was even more fab today 🙂 I can’t wait to photograph her again in 3 months time.

Cathy & Graham’s Wonderful Old Thorns Wedding

Good Friday saw Cathy & Graham’s big day at the wonderful Old Thorns, Liphook. The weather wasn’t on our side that day, but hey it’s good luck if it rains on your wedding day 🙂

I started the day with Cathy and the girls as they got ready for the big day. Cathy had the lovely Natasha Wiggins doing her hair and make up, it was lovely to work with Natasha again.

Meanwhile James met the boys for some shots in the bar and a few outside before the rain came down again.

After their lovely ceremony, we managed to get one group shot outside (wahoo) before we headed in to dodge the rain. We did all of Cathy & Graham’s couple shots indoors at Old Thorns, and were spoilt for choice for locations at the fabulous venue.

The speeches were great fun, even I was chuckling away and these were followed by lots and lots of dancing!!!

Throughout the evening the couple had asked us to set up a photo booth with a twist, everyone was to write their guestbook message on the chalkboard provided, these will then be turned into the couple’s wedding guest book. It was a great idea and I think it worked really well.

Anyway here’s a few of my favourite shots form their really great day, huge congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Parsons….
