There is nothing quite like those first few days with your newborn. The tiny fingers, the sleepy stretches, the way they fit perfectly in your arms — it’s a time that passes in a blur.
As a Surrey newborn photographer, my approach is simple: natural, relaxed, and focused entirely on connection. I don’t believe in overly posed or complicated setups. Instead, I create timeless images using soft natural light, neutral tones, and gentle guidance — so your photographs feel authentic and beautifully understated.
A Calm & Natural Approach to Newborn Photography
Your baby leads the session.
Whether we are capturing peaceful sleepy portraits or wide-awake curious expressions, I allow plenty of time for feeding, cuddles, and comfort breaks. My sessions are designed to feel calm and un-rushed — because when you feel relaxed, your baby does too.
I specialise in:
- Natural light newborn portraits
- Family & sibling moments
- Soft neutral styling
- Lifestyle-led newborn sessions
These early photographs become heirlooms — images you’ll treasure long after the newborn stage has passed.

Working Alongside Window to the Womb Bagshot
I’m proud to have my work displayed at Window to the Womb, a trusted baby scan clinic in Bagshot.
Many expectant parents visit the clinic for reassurance scans, gender scans, and 4D imaging during pregnancy. It’s often one of the first magical moments where you truly see your baby.
If you’re visiting the clinic, you’ll be able to view examples of my newborn photography on display — helping you imagine how those first days could be beautifully captured once your little one arrives.
If you’d like to learn more about their services, you can visit their website here.
Supporting other local baby-focused businesses is something I care deeply about, and it’s wonderful to connect with families at every stage of their journey — from bump to baby.
When Should You Book a Newborn Session?
The ideal time for newborn photography is within the first 7–21 days after birth. During this window, babies are typically sleepier and naturally curl into those beautiful, womb-like poses.
I recommend booking while you are still pregnant — usually after your 20-week scan — to ensure availability around your due date.
