The 29th February only comes around every four years so it’s always super special to have an extra day, so what better way to spend it than getting married? That’s exactly what Bryan & Jacqui chose to do and what a day it was!
It was around ten years ago I photographed Jacqui’s eldest daughter’s wedding and was super excited when she and Bryan contacted me to be part of their special day. The day was filled with so much laughter and a whole lot of love.
Myself and Dan started the day with Bryan and Jacqui as they prepared for the big day. They had a lovely ceremony in the gorgeous ceremony room at The Mecure Bush Hotel, followed by photographs in the grounds.
The sun gods were shining down on us that day, as the only hour we had for photographs the hail storm suddenly stopped and the sun shone- how amazing is that 😄
After their wedding breakfast, the couple had organised a pub quiz which was great fun and the guests loved it! We managed to sneak outside for a few nighttime shots too which was awesome- the fountain shone!
Jacqui & Bryan’s first dance soon turned into “Amarillo” with guests dancing Peter Kaye Style- what a giggle!
Congratulations Mr & Mrs Evans, it was great to be part of your special day, here’s a little peek…..
