Friday 15th August saw Charlotte & Neil’s big day at the stunning Elvetham Hotel. I have been lucky enough to work here a few times now and every time it takes my breath away, the place is amazing and even on this rainy August day it did not disappoint!
When I arrived at the hotel I met with Charlotte and the girls as they got ready before James met with Neil and the boys for some rather amusing football related shots 😉 I’m sure the footy fans amongst you will appreciate the “Ashley Cole” image!
The couple had a lovely ceremony in the Oak room before heading outside for photos…..unfortunately the heavens opened at this point so we rushed in to finish group shots inside before heading out for couple shots sheltering under some brollies.
We were with the couple until after their first dance as husband and wife, when Chralotte’s dad took over for some rather amusing dancing with his daughter, I must admit it was the best father/daughter dance I’ve seen and gives a whole new meaning to the phrase ‘dad dancing’.
Before we headed off we managed to squeeze a few night time shots in by the Elvetham’s beautifully lit tree!
What an amazing day for an amazing couple, definitely the most smiley bride I have ever had and a real pleasure to work with.
