Kerrie & Alun’s Wedding photography, Fleet & Old Thorns

Saturday 11th August saw Kerrie & Alun’s wedding! It was a beautifully sunny day, something that we hadn’t been used to in the week before.

I started the day with Kerrie & the girls as they got ready at her parents house whilst my assistant James met the boys at the church in Fleet to get some shots as they eagerly awaited for Kerrie’s arrival.

Following their service the couple had organised cup cakes and drinks for their guests while we took some photographs at the church. We then all headed off to Old Thorns for a few more group shots, some with a Usain Bolt influence 🙂 before I headed off in the golf buggy around the golf course with the newly weds!

We had a lovely drive around the course and I even spotted some new photo locations!

Myself & James were with Kerrie until way into their evening celebrations where there was plenty of dancing!

We had a great day, congratulations Mr & Mrs Evans, here’s a few of my favourite shots from your big day…

Before I even got around to blogging their photos I received this lovely email from Kerrie & Alun that I thought I’d share with you!

“Hi Carrie,

We hope you are well, we have just got back from our honeymoon and the first thing we both wanted to do was to contact you to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to both you and James for all the hard work you did at our wedding on 11th Aug.
Both you and James were fantastic and helped the day run smoothly, Some of our guests commented on how well you both worked individually and together. Alun’s Sister in law said she thought you were amazing to still be going strong taking pictures throughout the first part of our evening reception.
All of our Day guest loved the picture postcard that they received after dinner and commented on  how quick you had worked to produce such a fabulous instant keepsake.
We are both so excited to see the pictures from the day we know that they will be stunning, as is all your work. I don’t think we will ever be able to sum up our thanks to you, you just helped our day be everything we wanted it to be 🙂
We know that both sets of parents were so grateful for your patients and work ethic throughout the day they are just as excited as us to see the photos.
We have recommended you to everyone and Im sure that we will be using Devonshire Photographic for all our future needs.
Thank you again
The  Evans’ 🙂 x “

Tiffany & James’ Pre-Wedding Shoot, Virginia Waters

Last week I met with Tiffany & James at Virginia Waters for their engagement shoot. I was really looking forward to the shoot as Tiffany & James are such a lovely couple. It didn’t disappoint! We had a lovely time as we strolled around the grounds of the stunning Virginia Waters, even if it was getting a little bit dark 🙂

I can’t wait for their big day in two weeks time! Here’s a few of my favourite shots from their pre-wedding shoot…..

Catherine & Andy’s Wedding Photography, Painshill Park

August 10th saw Catherine & Andy’s big day at the gorgeous Painshill Park in Cobham, Surrey.

I started by photographing Catherine, and the girls getting ready for the big day at the family home before heading off to the church for the ceremony. The church was walking distance from the house, and as it was a beautiful sunny day the bridesmaids walked the short journey, before Catherine who is nearly six months pregnant followed in the convertible Bentley her Uncle had organised for her to travel in.

After the ceremony we all headed off to Painshill for the reception, and myself, Catherine & Andy headed out in a golf buggy to explore the beautiful grounds of the park and take some photos of them together before going back to the fabulous gardens for their group photos.

I was with Catherine and Andy until after their first dance as husband and wife and I must say it was an absolutely brilliant day. All of their family & friends were great fun & I hope they all had an amazing day.

As always here’s a few of my favourite shots from their big day!

Catherine & Ben’s Wedding Photography, Farnham, Surrey

On Saturday 4th August I photographed Catherine & Ben’s big day at St Michael’s Church in Aldershot and then at the Bush Hotel in Farnham.

I started by meeting Catherine while she and the girls got ready for the day before heading off to meet the boys at the church!

If there was an award for the smiliest bride I have ever photographed Catherine would win! She didn’t stop smiling all day which made my job easy 🙂

After their ceremony we stopped at Manor Park for some couple shots before heading off to the Bush Hotel in Farnham for their reception.

I was with Catherine and Ben until they were seated for their wedding breakfast and I must say I enjoyed every second, it was a great day!

I hope you’re having a fab honeymoon, here’s a few of my favourites shots of the new Mr & Mrs Woods’ big day….

Frank & Lisa’s Wedding Photography, Trunkwell House

Last Friday I photographed Lisa & Frank’s wedding at their local church and then at the gorgeous Trunkwell House, Reading. It was the first time I had photographed a wedding there and I couldn’t wait, having been a bridesmaid there last year. The venue did not disappoint it looked absolutely stunning with Lisa & Frank’s Red colour theme.

I started my day with Lisa and the girls as they got ready for the big day before heading off to meet Frank and his best man & Grandad Keith. They had a lovely ceremony full of lots of up beat hymns. After the ceremony Lisa & Frank’s guests saw them off as they drove to Trunkwell in Lisa’s Dad’s gorgeous Stag!!

I was with Lisa & Frank until their after dinner speeches but couldn’t resist staying to photograph the magic show they had organised with Nick Stein. It was brilliant and I was trying my hardest not to burst into laughter as I was shooting!

Congratulations! Here’s a few of my favourite shots from your big day…
