October 7th saw the first of this Autumn’s Family Portrait Days at Heatherside Community Centre, Camberley. This was actually an overflow day as the original portrait day which will be held on 27th of this month sold out so quickly.
It was a great morning with lots of familiar faces coming through the door as well as some new ones.
I had a visit from lots of teddy bears as well as a Christmas Pudding 🙂 here’s a few of my favourite shots…
On Friday 21st September I had the pleasure of photographing Claire & Nathan’s big day at Wokefield Park in Reading.
I met with the girls as they got ready before meeting the guys before the ceremony. Nathan wanted some fun shots, so we did some Olympic themed poses 🙂
Following their ceremony we went out into the amazing grounds that Wokefield has to offer for some group shots and then some shots of the newlyweds together.
It was an absolutely brilliant day and it was great to work with Martin & Carina from The Camera Chap who videoed the big day!
Even a power cut that spread across most of the local area didn’t stop anyone smiling 🙂

On Saturday 15th September myself and James photographed Kirsty & Luke’s wedding at The Berystede Hotel in Ascot.
I started the day with Kirsty and the girls as they got ready at her parents house while James met the boys at the hotel. They had a lovely ceremony at The Berystede followed by drinks on the terrace whilst a string quartet played.
Before their first dance as husband and wife a ‘Barbie’ booth appeared, which I’m informed was a hen do joke and it was great fun to photograph some of the guests as they donned the Barbie wig!
Kirsty & Luke’s amazing wedding cake was made by a friend of theirs Kelly from Scoff Cakes, who had even made a Jager flavoured rugby ball for rugby fan Luke!

On Friday 14th September I photographed Simon & Katja’s wedding at Guildford Registry Office. They had a lovely intimate wedding at the registry office before heading off to the castle grounds for some photographs and then off to Olivio’s restaurant for a meal. Before the meal Simon even did a speech in German, especially for Katja’s family who had travelled from Germany for the big day, it was a lovely touch to the day.

Last week I met Nikki & Oli at their wedding venue Coworth Park in Ascot for their pre-wedding photo shoot.
Coworth Park is a relatively new wedding venue and I had never been there before, all I can say is WOW! This place is absolutely amazing and the grounds are just beautiful, I cannot wait to photograph Nikki & Oli’s big day there next year. As well as Nikki & Oli, their daughter Isla also tagged along to the shoot so it only seemed right to get a few family shots of the three of them together.
